Mailing Services

Linprint’s mailing services include list procurement, data management, postage estimates, indicia options, tabbing and more. If you have a mailing list, that’s great. If you don’t, Linprint can get one for you. All we need are the demographics you want to reach, and we will garner a list for you.

Once you give us your mailing list, we will begin evaluating and cleaning it up...removing bad addresses, duplicate entries and identifying any other aspect that may cause the post office to reject the address. Once the list is cleaned up, Linprint will provide you with a postage estimate. Your estimate will be based on the number of names, where the piece is being sent, as well as the size, thickness and weight of the piece itself. We realize that some customers do not have an indicia (mailing account with the post office). If this is the case for your business, don’t worry – we can mail your project on our account. Just ask your Linprint representative for details.

While addressing your mail piece, Linprint can also tab it for easier postal handling. Whether you want multiple tabs, clear or white tabs, we can handle it.

Of course processing the job is only part of what we can do. If you need help with questions regarding postal regulations, contact us. We know that the US Post Office revises its codes and regulations regularly, which is why we stay informed. We will let you know if your piece qualifies as a letter or a flat, and if it should be mailed presort standard or first class.
