Mailing List Recommendations

For a smooth mailing list, we prefer Microsoft Excel files. They should be set up with all column headings on the top, and individual columns for each heading. Check your list for any duplicate name or addresses. Make sure your addresses are accurate & current (number, street, directional, etc.). Linprint can provide a list of any bad addresses with an error code list at an additional charge. Don’t mix international addresses with USA addresses...they will kick out as bad addresses. And last, but not least, be sure NOT to separate address information (see the example below).
